Of course it's not anything when compared with withdrawals from other substances, but it's still there. When quitting smoking after I've been every day I suffer from insomnia, loss of appetite, and irritability for the first couple days. But the insomnia seems to last longer.

The best way I've found to stop is to simply not buy any more.
Meh, most sources I've read have said it's mentaly addictive but not physically. Try going through a simple 10mg SSRI withdrawal (These are prescribed in up to 50mg tablets) and you'll understand why I say pot isn't addicting.
