Depending on the persons will and that persons reason for smoking anything can be addictive. But the drug itself is Not Addictive.

It's both physically and psychologically addictive. This has been proven both scientifically and by my own experience.

Of course it's not anything when compared with withdrawals from other substances, but it's still there. When quitting smoking after I've been every day I suffer from insomnia, loss of appetite, and irritability for the first couple days. But the insomnia seems to last longer.

The best way I've found to stop is to simply not buy any more.

It's like a happy video game, relaxing in moderation but dangerous if used too much.

Can we call it habbit forming instead? As that is what it actually is, not really an addiction. More of a habbit.
