Don't plug it in....that will be a short lived experiment. You will absolutely burn it out. If you didnt put holes in it and used fluorescents you might be able to get away with it but no way with HID. Just vent it and use it as a cool stealth container.

I was thinking about this fridge I got. Use a small MH or floros, bi level with light holes for the first level. High intensity up top, young ones, or seedlings below. Could I plug the fridge up to lower temps? I know howto bore a hole and get electric in the fridge, we used to bore holes for co2 in keg a rators.
