It could be a sign of magnesium deficiency,or it could be a sign of general micro-nute deficiency..or it could simply be the strain that you're growing,some strains have purple stems and purplish leaves.
How old are they ? What kind of ferts are ya using ? What strain are they ?

Age: 10 week's (6 week's 18/6 + 4 week's 12/12)
Im using IONIC BLOOM & IONIC BOOST.

I hope that someone who's grown this strain before,will jump in on this thread and help out. If it's just one plant,that's one thing..but if all the plants start looking that way,you may have some kind of a general stress problem going on or a problem with nute uptake,like a build-up of fert salts or something. Are they generally healthy and vigorous ?
Hope that I can git ya on the right track...you might try registering at overgrow and putting your question there,also over at cannabis world.

Yeh all the plants have purple veins, some not as bad as others and I flush with
Ph water every week so ther shouldn't be a build of any salt or ferts???

Im not sure if this will help or not, but, i was told that one should remove the purple stemmed fan leaves, on the day they go in to flower, and 4 weeks into flower, but just the stems that have turned purple.
