If you see eggs then there are mothers somewhere. They live on the underside of the leaf but if you have been using neem oil then keep it up for 14 day's to kill off the eggs when they hatch or you will get them back. It can take up to 21 day's to kill off spider mites just keep that in mind.

Just watch for more signs of leaf damage from them and they can be vary hard to see to so just keep checking and watching.
