Leaf spotting problem

Hey guys this is my first post, I have learned a lot reading over the posts thanks to you. This is about my tenth grow and have had moderate success in the past. Well, here's my problem. I have been having leaf spots that have already destroyed three of my precious ladies (over 50% damage to leafs so I tossed em out). Now, I keeep bouncing back and forth as to what is wrong (fungus, spider mites, or nutrients ) and think I will go crazy soon!

At first I thought it might be nutrient/salt build up related so I did a water flush to no avail. I then thought it was mold, or fungus type disease so I began using Serenade spray. Tried that for a couple of weeks with no response. Then after looking at the underside of the leaf with a 30x microscope I noticed these clear transluscent round structures, just where the the leaf spots are. I did some research and found that spider mites lay eggs that look similiar to this so I have been blasting my ladies with neem oil. However I haven't seen the critters, just the "egg like" strutures as mentioned. Any help greatly appreciated!

Here's my setup:
-3 400watt MH to HPS converted bulbs burning over 20 ladies (now 17 )
- using FoxFarm nutrients (Big Grow, Bloom, and Tiger
- Just went to 12/12 eight days ago (haven't switched to tiger nut yet; have been using dosing schedule as outlined by foxfarm)
- growing "feminized" plants from seed
- Don't ph balance solutions, never had problems with tap water (maybe until now?!)
- using Promix soil
- Humidity has been low around 30-40%, temps have been 70-85

If you see eggs then there are mothers somewhere. They live on the underside of the leaf but if you have been using neem oil then keep it up for 14 day's to kill off the eggs when they hatch or you will get them back. It can take up to 21 day's to kill off spider mites just keep that in mind.

Just watch for more signs of leaf damage from them and they can be vary hard to see to so just keep checking and watching.
