You oversimplfy the "genetics" part. I would suggest that you refer to cultural and religous comparisons, because human genetics are much too complicated to put into a political discussion - unless you are an expert at that science.

"Today's Arabs" are considered, genetically, to be Indo-European. The other races are Native American, East Asian, and African. Some people, of course, have several of these in their genes.
