Not being able to get high?

I've smoked about 12-15 times and I haven't been high yet. I get cottonmouth, red eyes, and the munchies but I haven't been high. I'm taking good hits.

Anybody hear of this happening? Any input?

Never heard of anyone having that problem hold in your hits so the thc gets obsourbed.

Weird. If you get red eyes and cottonmouth, those are trademark signs of being effected by cannabis, yet you don't get high?? There are a few definitions of "high". It also depends on what kind of weed you are smoking. Sativa will give a more cerebral/head high, while Indica gives more of a couchlock body stone. Most medical patients prefer Indica for the physical effects, while someone with depression or anxiety would prefer Sativa for the mental effects.

But as I said, "high" can have different meanings. High for me is my mind wandering around or just getting lost in some thought. You will get buzzed on low quality and not necessarily "high" like a high THC weed will give. You may want to inquire the content of the strain you are smoking. Is this for multiple strains or just one?

Then again, some med patients report that they never get "high" at all.

i dont know what kind of weed ur smoking but thc dosent dialate ur pupils, it actually has the opposies effect.

I get cotton mouth all of the time from vaporizing. It's not a smoking thing.

you should try a sinker, bucket or gravity bong w/e, you can build them with a water botle and a big cup.. they get you so ripped and conserv lots of dope if that dosent work.. smoke like a 3/g joint to your self.. if it still dont get u high, i feel bad for you

I notice that after a few days of being continually stoned that being stoned starts to feel normal. I smoke and smoke and feel like nothing is happening. I start to feel that additional tokes only cloud my head with smoke. I'm like, "is this really worth it?"

I have the same thing, cotton mouth, red eyes, smell like smoke, but no high. I just feel normal. WTF? I feel like I am just burning up money. What's the point?

My solution is to take a week off. After a while, "not high" starts to feel normal again and I spark up. I am in the middle of a break right now. I didn't smoke all last week. I tried a bowl on Saturday, but it really didn't have much effect so I am going to wait and try again tomorrow.
