JeenYuss, I think the schoolteacher case was that the kid's parents pressed charges and they called him as a witness... and didn't she get pregnant by him too? Creepy!!!! I'm under the impression that most statutory rape cases don'r have an arrest made like right away after you just rolled out of bed and are prosecuted based upon testimony

Check out your state laws. If you're not having sex with her there is nothing to worry about; otherwise be careful.
