She did absolutley nothing to get her back besides cry a ton.

The only reason we got her back is because the day before court she told her dad that her half brother had tried to get her to take off her shirt so the judge dismissed the case.

And I have smoked in the house for 6 months, she isn't going to stop me. If my mom tells me to stop I will. But she needs to respect my privacy.

We just got through a custody battle with her dad...we barely got her back...

That gave me the impression that it was hard earned.

Either way, custody battles are never easy. Or pleasant. Just make sure your sister keeps her mouth shut about it, and all will be right with the world. At 13, I would hope she'd be mature enough to realize that telling an adult something like that would never result in something positive. Good luck!

My parents don't know I smoke in the house or at all as far as I know. Anyway my sister is 15 and she walked in on me grindin' my weed, she was suprised but understood me. She hasn't told my parents or threatened too either I talked to her about it though. Explained why I smoked and how often, she was very understanding.

if your mom wouldnt care about her smoking why would she care if it came from you is she supposed to be getting it from someone she doesnt know off the street. if you were profiting of of it it would be one thing but you let her have a hit. i just dont see why your mom would care if she trusts you i mean who better for your sister to get it from really.
