I like pizza, but only if it's a certain type--thin crust. I hate that thick, gloppy, spongy crust that all the mainstream pizza places (Pizza Hut, Pizza Inn, Papa John's, Dominos, etc.) have. Just too doughy for my taste. There's a pizza place here in the Dallas area called Campisi's that has the best thin-crust pizza there is. That's the pizza I prefer. I like it with diet Coke instead of beer, which, I personally find ruins the taste of food. I know lots of other people love beer with pizza, though, including my husband.

What's everyone's favorite form of the delicious dough? I'm sure there are some unique variations across the States and the world.

I'm usually just a straight cheese guy (I'm not boring either lol, it's just what I like)...but my favorite variation would have to be Buffalo Chicken or BBQ Chicken.
