Ciggs. are basically poison laden paper and tobacco. It has chemicals like Carbon Monoxide and Fiberglass (in the filters), among 498 other deadly poisons. It is quite simple: You are smoking poison. Even if you have been smoking for that many years, after time, it can start to take a toll on your body making you sick.

The answer to this is easy, quit smoking. They are pointless, they stink, taste bad, and you are paying the government to kill you, so quit. You're down to 1 smoke a day now, so you have a headstart. :thumbsup:

yeah, my prob is that i am just addicted to the act of smoking, if i could find a nice qp of schwag, and roll it all up, i could probably quit.
