Can you hook an RO to a Waterfarm

Hi all sorry ahead of time if this has been asked before but I have checked all over the forums and couldn't come up with an answer. I have a waterfarm setup with 8 buckets and a texas controller including 13 gal reservoir and wanted to know if it was possible to hook up an RO. If so is it better than having to keep changing the water every 7-14 days by running the newly clean water back up into the reservoir. Would appreciate any help I can get thank you.

I think if you did that and had no way to control the ph,you'd have a bit of trouble in the long run! Like the chlorine in the municipal water system,or do you have a well?
