That study if you take it in properly measured joints consumed per year 365x joints per day of the 64000 people only 3% 1920 people smoking 60+ per year your smoking 60+ per week!! or 3120 joints per year Let them study that with 2000 people and then i might start to accept its totally harmless as you say! Cannabis is not the most researched substance on the earth! Another one of them untrue statments and i will tell you why, it is illegal and to do clinical studies on cannabis you need to obtain a licence from the home office. Only 22 licences had been issued in 1997 in the past 24 years!! Do some reasearch! Tabacco is more researched and its only in the past 15-20years they have woke people up to the dangers.

You wouldnt stop for a week because as you would not be able to walk and goto work etc If you are that incapcitated you should not be working!

Educate children i agree but not to tell them its ok to start smoking it as the only real way you can be sure its safe is not to smoke it at all. And in my life my children are my No1 prority and i would rather them not smoke it just in case we could be wrong. They were wrong about tabacco better safe than sorry i say.

Smoking alot of cannabis CAN make you lazy and lethargic everyone is different some people like yourself go about the day with no problems and others just sit on there arse all day.
