Have a nice day.

They claim to have discovered evidence that cannabis smoking causes the same kind of damage to DNA as tobacco. "We did a test to detect changes in a particular gene in the DNA in their white blood cells, and found that the marijuana smokers had three times as many DNA damaged cells as the non-smokers," Dr Ammenheuser states. She held that a group of chemicals called poly-aromatic hydrocarbons are responsible. Similarly Dr Michael Roth discovered preliminary evidence that THC, the psychoactive ingredient in cannabis, may promote a carcinogenic effect.

This would seem to be in direct contradiction to the findings of Dr Louis Harris from the Medical College of Virginia though, who discovered that delta-8 THC, delta-9 THC and cannabinol (all components of THC) are quite active as anti-cancer agents.

Without any CONCLUSIVE PROOF on either side of the argument, the debate continues.

Hmmm Dudster am I !
