marijuana legalization would be a partnership with cig companies and nothing would be pure and the quality levels would have a ceiling...
it's potentially safer being a black market without the aforementioned mold inception and the filth hands of corp. and govt. grasping the market making money, becoming rich beyond rich while they weed us out, no pun intended.
i think if marijuana was legalized, the black market we know of would remain and be more popular than otc marijuana.
But if it was legal more people would grow it, well, ALOT more, so people buying could get it from growers [theyre would probably be enough of them around] and if your not buying, your growing obiously. I still think it should be legal. There is no justifictaion what so ever for it to be illegal.

And i'd like to point out Delta 9 Tetrahydrocannabinol is not the only phycoactive cannabinoid with the cannabis plant. There's over 60 cannabinoids with the cannabis plant, some active and some not active. The active ones will work with the THC and provide a better, or differnt high. An example of a non active cannabinoid is 11 hydroxycannabinol. That's without touching on CBN and CBG also found within the cannabis plant. In the oil inside the trichomes and also the plant matter.

delta 6 tetrahydrocannabinol is the active compound in budder, which is between 80 and 100% THC, unlike hashish which is commonly 40% THC.

So, THC wouldnt be the only drug in cannabis. ALSO, drug tests DO NOT test for THC, as THC [delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol] is out of the body within about 3 - 4 hours after smoking, sometimes even as quick as 2 hours. Drug tests test for the cannabinoids left in your blood, unrine, hair, or saliva. It's the by product if you will.

So really THC isnt the only drug in cannabis.

But i still dont think of cannabis as a drug. To me it's a plant and will be regardless of what it has in it.
