yeh, i have to agree with lip, i mean, who really gives a fuck if weed can give you cancer... its hardly likely is it? but tobacco on the other hand, ppl KNOW that does cause cancer... pretty easily too.. but it still gets sold, and is still legal..

what bothers me is that they clearly never tested tobacco half as thoroughly as this, they just said 'well give it to ppl, and test it later..' which is dumb...

Im gonna laugh... when, after all this time theyve spent on sending weed through so many trials... and over so many hurdles it comes out the other end laughing... still saving lives - GO GANJA!!!

My point is that its not totally harmless it might or might not give you cancer. But its not 100% harmless. My personal opinion is its about 50% as harmfull as tobacco. If you used a vapourizer all the time then i would say its near 90% harmless. Also there are growers usually cash heads who dont flush properly so you going to be smoking a bit of hydro or soil chemicals which cannot be healthy.

In the long run you kick the arse out of cannabis (like i used too) and it will do something to you in the end just like drinking too much or smoking too much eating too many fatty foods etc the list goes on. A spliff a day keeps the doctor away 20 spliffs a day and your looking for trouble. :jointsmile:

I've been smoking 7 grams a day for the last 4 years, and for the last 3 or 4 months i've been smoking even more than that [Back problem]

Before that i was smoking maybe, an 1/8 or less a day.

I've been smoking since i was 11.

I've never had an health complaints from smoking weed, OR tobacco [for which im thankful, i quit end of last year]

No one has ever got cancer from cannabis use alone.

Yes Cannabis smoke does contain more of these agents than tobacco smoke (no really it does!) but it isn't as simple as that....

Well theres no link between heavy cannabis use over a lone period of time and any form of cancer including lung cancer. Infact, THC has been found to control some cancers and stop them spreading to other parts of the body. It also keeps healthy cells alive.

But, there has never been one case of cancer solely because of cannabis use.

One day it might even be found to be a cure... and if it is the government would have killed millions... which in itself is MURDER.
