3 weeks old, is there enough leaves on them ??

I have skunk no 1 growing...They have 7 sets of true leaves, is this enough or are they stunted ?

How old are they? If they're about a month, the number of sets is fine. If they're 2 months along, it's not so fine.

How's the condition of the plant? 7 sets of leaves can look like a thick bush or a spindly wisp. Pics are always good
