Presumably by mind control you mean someone externally controling a persons brain, and therefore thoughts and actions. When has this ever been successfully carried out? There is simply no evidence. It seems more like paranoid delusions (no offence intended). According to http://www.mindspring.com/~txporter/sec3.htm there has been a great deal of research into it, but that doesn't mean any of this came to fruition, simply because this phenomenon is non-existent.
