Hey, that advice sounds good and what you are referring to are KEGEL EXERCISES. Just thought I would point out that the penis doesn't have any muscles in it, and the muscles you are in fact working during the exercises you described are your pubococcygeal muscles. These basically surround the groin and anal region. thought i would clear that up....
