If I were to use this Atlas Fish Fert for everyday watering at 1Tb per Gal be too much? Or would this be better for occasional use only?

If your plants are ready for ferts, fish fert is pretty gentle.
Make sure if you are using it as a supplement, the way you should be, you don't overdo it... you should use a complete fert with micronutes, and fish for a little extra boost. You can mix it even more diluted to get some peace of mind!
