question about soil

Hey watsup everyone im new to the site, this is my first post. I have a question, im about to start growing and a i bought soil, and it said worm castings, first of all is that ok to grow in, and another question i had is that it came with worms in it. Should i leave them in or take them out, ive been reading mixed reviews on this topic. if theres anyone that could help i would appreciate it.

HEY!!!! nice to see a new grower do some research...worm casings are great worms too:jointsmile: just start them girls in that and keep with the questions and research...you will be fine for a while no nutes needed yet..great choice in soil for a new life:jointsmile:
