Cannabis Jack Cheese
Kinda like montery jack, but featuring our favorite vegetative growth. My camera is fubared at the moment, so I'm going to try to make this as detailed as possible. I was going to make cannabis ramen, but realized I didnt have any, but I did have some mozzarella cheese.. I used two bowls, a small one, and a normal sized one. Take 2 tablespoons butter, melt in smaller bowl in microwave. Then take about 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese (eyeball it - about half of your big bowl when melted) and put it in your big bowl. Dump the melted butter on top. Microwave until completely melted. You should be able to take a spoon and scrape the cheese from the outer part of the bowl towards the inner, to make a "sack" kind of shape. Make a indention to the middle of the cheese and pour your pot in, ground up as best you can. Now do that motion inward from the outer part of your bowl to make that "sack" shape again, and the pot should become evenly dispersed throughout the cheese. Let sit in room tempurature for a few hours (Don't know if this is necessary, but I did it just to make sure the THC was thoroughly absorbed) and eat on an empty stomache.
Enjoy :rastasmoke:
P.S. Goes great with wine

Ummm you don't even cook it WITH the pot in it? I doubt the cheese is hot enough to make the THCA to THC.

Yes. I wouldn't have posted if it didnt :/
It's a myth that you need heat to activate the cannabinoids, but it does take time to suspend the THC in the fat rather than the fibrous plant matter, which is why I was cautious and let it sit a few hours before ingesting.

Myth? Eat a ounce of non-cooked buds and see how high you are.

Naw, that's a waste.. But I'll gladly drink an eight that's soaked in something fatty for a few hours
