I have been reading and taking notes for the past few weeks but with some things, I over analyze and make it more tough than needbe so I have a few random questions that have popped up.This will be in a small room with a 7 foot high ceiling, roughly 5 feet wide and 8 feet long, light proof with myler covering the walls. Lighting/electical
From my reading, the lights need to be on a timer (which I have.) I have access to junction box 120 volts inside that I could tap into to run a few lights off of.

If I do this, I won't be able to use a timer is this correct? So if not should I then shoot for using a surge protector and 2-3 other small lights? I have no idea what type of lights I need. Since these are going to be plugged in, am I pretty much limited to either a shop light or something like a desk light that I can just suspend above my girls? Or do they make other plug-in type lightunits that would be suitable for this that I could just swap the bulbs in if needbe?
