but I don't see any sign of sex and the plant that my darling KP said was a girl looks like a boy to me .. I think I see a small FLOWER

i was just wondering if a male sack can turn into a female pistil, my plant has been on 12 12 for 13 days now and it has alot of white hairs and when i was looking around i found a couple sacks they were quite small and one looked as if it can out of a female tear drop thing, the first time i took one of the sack looking things was a few days ago and now i see a white hair coming off where i took the sack from and last night i took another off and when i broke it open it had a little white stringy deal in the middle, can things that look like male sacks be femals parts?

The plant is definitely a female when there are white pistils, right?
