Hey guys, this is what my sprout's like now that its been like what...a week or so of growth. How's it lookin? And when should I start the 12/12 light cycle? Right now I'm givin her 24/7 light

looks pretty stretched!
put the lights WAYY closer (but depends on the type of light your using)
and it will get healthier

hey pumpkin, you still have 3 to 7 weeks left before you can flower. check out kp's cannabis college in my sig; it has pages and pages and pages of helpful info...

that baby is super stretched, let the soil dry and transplant to a bigger pot, and fill with soil to the bottom of the bean leaves. and get some ge daylight flourecent bulbs, place them one inch or touching the top of the plant (cool flouro's won't/don't burn...

by bean leaves do you mean the first two leaves...just fill the soil to the top of those?

The bean leaves or seed leaves are the first leaves your sprout grew. Not the first set of true leaves, mind you. (Others call them the nonserrated leaves) They are also called cotyledons and they are what feeds your sprout for it's journey upward and outwards. Now if you transplant your sprout and put her in soil up to the seed leaves that long stem will eventually turn to root. (But don't bury your seed leaves) Make sure you put your lights closer, invest in a fan to promote circulation and stem strength, then you'll be able to watch her grow. She'll show you how happy she is! Happy Growing and Peace!

crazy i thought u had mh and flo's in there man it should'nt be stretching that much like kp said get ur flo's closer. and also man u dnt need to start a new thread every time lol im finding it hard to keep up with u just do updates in the same thread its easier for ppl to find u then lol. so when u expecting ur hps to arrive or was it a ballast u ordered i cant remember. speak soon man laters peace!

Awww...you're so sweet KindPrincess....and guess what, my seeds were sent on the 28th! Got a letter from the Dr.....yeehaaa.....so maybe in todays post? If not, soon, soooo soon. I'll keep ya posted! Peace!

Hey guys, heres an update. I recently repotted my sprout and I dunno when the hps is gonna arrive. When it does so I need anything else, like a really powerful fan to keep in there too and how close do I put an HPS?

Anyway, my floro is real close (bout an inch) and my other grow light is about a foot away. I moved the lights to improve the pic quality...it seems to be doing much better. What do you guys think?
