 called 911 this morningdid anyone see the episode of cops when the found a BUNCH , a big mason jar and like 3 ounces in seperate baggies. On the mason jar it wrote "SKywalker" on a piece of masking tape. The cop was confused on wat it meant lmao. 
 
 then another tattoed cop came up and he was just like "This is some good weed" ahahah.

 Blackdog- exactly what did you want the cops to do? arrest whom?
 The screaming woman was more of a neighbor nuisance than the son.
 They can only arrest if someone is willing to file a complaint or commits a crime.
 
 If the woman was so fearful she could have went with cops back to the station and filed a complaint and an OoR.
 
 At least you called the cops.
 And if it keeps up, keep calling....then they'll both be cited for disturbing the peace.

 woman who was screaming was willing to press charges
 the only thing the cops sugested was a restraining order
 for the NEXT DAY
 
 and for whoever asked, i live in philly
 maybe it's b/c she was black...
 how many screams does it take t be taken seriously w/ the cops
 
 this event really made me ponder about what my neighbors would do if MY house was getting robbed...
 THEY WOULD DO NOTHING!! ... IT'S RIDICILOUS... I Don't even live in a bad area!
