i only water them 1ce every 2 days, going to add nutes once they start budding, as far as i know i havent 'done' anything to the plants, if you could give me some advice on what needs doing instead of just critisise, that would be nice.

The light is approx. 3 feet above plants, the closet has 2 doors through it for airflow and i have 2 fans pushing air out and blowing on the plants, have a towel over one side of the door to keep the light in, my budget is very tight

Yep, you need to move the light closer. Instead of having the 2 fans pushing air out, have one pushing air in and the other pushing air out. This will allow for better circulation and (hopefully) let you move the light closer without burning the plants. You said you were on a budget, so instead of using a towel just use a cheap piece of pine attatched to some hinges to block the light out. The hinges will allow you to easily look at the plants from time to time.
Dont think anyone has said this, and sorry if you know already, but the general rule is to only water the plants when the soil is DRY to the first knuckle.
About the nutes, always start off at 1/4 strength and then gradually build it up. From my (limited) experience with growing ganja, I would water with nutes twice and then the third time use plain 'ol water. This helps to prevent a buildup of salts in the soil. If youre using tapwater, let it sit for 24 hours in a bottle without the lid on to allow most of the nasty chemicals to evaporate.
Flowering is 12/12, but some people like to gradually shift from the vegging cycle to the flowering cycle because an instant shift can stress the plants. Theyve been stressed quite a bit already, so to reduce the chance of hermies (the plant having both male and female parts) I would increase the dark period by 1 hour each day until you reach the 12/12 flowering cycle.
IF the temps are manageable, you could add the other HPS in when you know which plants are male and which are female. Id only do this if you can keep the temps at a steady 25c (ish) because youll only end up burning the leaves and bud again.

    Hope Ive helped mate!

Wouldnt let me edit my posts, so one other thing - MYLAR!!! Get some, its the most valuable - and cheap - piece of growing equipment you can buy. I believe WalMart sell it, but you can always get some from eBay for decent prices

Cheers for the info tom, will be getting a double freestanding wardrobe soon so airflow wont be a problem but as for now i have tried many setups with the fans i have, and atm i have what you said, 1 in, 1 out, but one of the fans is not too great but doing its job, moved the light closer but not too much, just going to gradually move it closer and when its right, its right i guess.

as for mylar, well we dont have wallmarts here but im sure ill find some but i think i will leave it for the wardrobe, main thing is to keep the plants happy!!!

thanks for your help, much appreciated!

Blayzd, ever try using computer fans? Theyre cheap and if you use a few, pretty darn good at shifting air in and out.
