what did you want to be when you were little?

A bus driver, a firefighter, a cop were all things I wanted to be when I was little. I changed my mind a lot and still do. I will prob end up being a technical writer making about 60K a year starting out. Dallas is in desperate need from what I understand.

i wanted to be a fireman or a vet when i was younger im now 15 and i dont really have any ideas now, im going to college next year to do media (school finishes at 16 hear) my teachers says im good at it and could be on 100k a year so sounds good to me

I'll try and find a thread i replyed to and answered alot of questions about it, basically i told everyone how i got my job and how i quit school.

Im working as a marine engineering manager, we dont only do mechanical engineering though, we build all of our boats from scratch, fit them out, do all the engineering, electrics, water, heaters, the lot.

The biggest we have at the boat yard is only small in reality, its 48 ft, but we only do hire boats.

During the winter when people dont want holidays on the river we take on private work and do repairs and servicing on them.

The pay is good, very good, i mean, i get enough to pay all my bills, get everything i need to live comfortably and i can still get weed with the money left over.

Im lucky though, i havnt got any qualifications because i left school 2 years before any final exams or anything.

If i can find the thread it'll explain it a bit more [it's a long read thuogh lol]

I wanted to be a professional footballer. Then I wanted to be a scientist. Then I wanted to do something related to penguins. Now I'm thinking of going more along the scientific route, and want to be a pharmacist.
