I can't say that it is law, I know that I have come up dilluted on a test and I was contacted before my employer, but they were contacted, too.

They do have do advise you of random tests. I believe that you have to sign a form saying that you and understand and agree.

I have said it before-synthetic urine is the way to go. My personal fave is Quick Fix.

The person on duty informed me that the results would be available within 24 hours. A friend of mine told me that, if a test was failed, the testing facility would have to contact me before contacting my potential employer. Is this true?
