1.) I tested on Thursday. The person on duty informed me that the results would be available within 24 hours. A friend of mine told me that, if a test was failed, the testing facility would have to contact me before contacting my potential employer. Is this true? Does the same thing hold true for diluted results?

2.) I'm planning on staying clean until after I've started the job and read through the employee handbook to see if I can find any information about random tests. Can a company do completely random drug tests on its employees without them being informed of it in some way? That information would have to be available to me in some form, wouldn't it?
