Close but not quite. You are right about the creatine. It does need to be taken 2-4 days before the test or eat a lot of red meat for 2-4 days before the test. Salt does nothing for pH. Dilution also really doesn't throw off the pH. Salt though can be helpful for specific gravity, which is tested to check for dilution. The Rolaids does nothing for the pH of your urine, it affects the pH of your stomach. Rolaids is suggested to take when diluting to also help with specific gravity.
