i had the old creepy crawler thingmaker and still had a few of the burn scars years later to prove it. never had the jarts, but had friends that did. i remember that at the time it seemed strange to be tossing these mini javelins at my best friend and have him aiming them back in my direction, but we did it anyway of course.

those were the days. death and destruction, running wild in the streets, eight year olds with WMDs and a sugar rush. isn't that what childhood is supposed to be all about, thinning the herd through acts of blatant stupidity. i kind of miss the blood and charred flesh. ***heavy sigh***

When I was a youngster it was probably Scalectrix or maybe a Thunderbird II with Thunderbird 4 in it's belly. One of my favourites was a big yellow truck made by Tonka which they claimed was the toughest toy in the world, IT WAS !! I had many happy hours throwing it off steep slopes watching it crash and tumble to the bottom before retrieving it and doing it allover again . These toys however would be the last thing you would ever want Rating: 5
