I can only see the seed thing being a problem because of scammers and the fact seeds are illegal in USA. They're legal in UK, but this is an American board.

Lol. Well in a way it is cos it's made of people from all over the world, but it's an American server and the owners are American, so i guess it has to go on American laws.
