NEw grow

Started Arajan's Ultra haze feminised seed about 8 days ago. We are using a 400 watt switchable ballast with an MH bulb for the vegatative stage. Were going to be using Big bloom, Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom. Were plannin on keeping the plant in veg for about a month in order to split the plant hopefully 2-3 times. We run an 18-6 schedule and check the room 1-2 times a day and we run a fan / heater to keep the temp from 76-82 degrees F. Tell me what you think I have plenty of pictures and am planning on posting to see what you all think.... Hope for some response and opinion on our grow situation...

can ne one tell me whats happening on the right fan leaf... i think i may have gotten small amounts of water on the leaf causing the light to focus on the area but i cant figure out why it looks funky
