What are those headaches anyway, and is there any way to stop them? Anyway, any input would be helpful.

Oh, and there were a few times when I got blitzed out of my skull when smoking blunts, but whenever I hit my metal pipe it doesn't seem to do much of shit for me. Is it something I'm doing, or should I just roll or get a bong?
I suggest you take a few days off from smoking, exercise more, then go back. Thats my cure for when bud starts affecting me less, or if I get headaches.

As for the pipe thing, the method of smoking has nothing to do with how high you get (well, it does a little bit, but a pipe is one of the best ways!) Blunts contain A LOT more weed than any bowl I've ever seen, and I'm guessing your bong has a bigger bowl then your pipe. Plus, it's easier to take bigger hits from blunts and bongs.

Again, I suggest you take a day or two off and exercise a bit, then go back to smoking regularly, hopefully this bad stuff will stop happening. This is just my opinion, but if I had a bong, I wouldn't ever use my pipe anymore. Bongs are easier on the lungs and more fun.
