In my previous post I was Implying (having never seen the device) that a simple device would separate the hydrogen from the oxygen in a ratio compatible for burning in the internal combustion engine. There was a film made in the '30's about a pill you could drop in the tank of water that transformed this into fuel. Again, having never seen this in person, I can only wonder if this is possible. If it is, can you Imagine the concern of the energy companies. Maybe this belongs in the conspiracy forum, but I whole heartedly believe if this was possible, the energy companies would surely want to keep it secret.
