It's probably an intentional Hermie to get more seeds for this strain.
But yes, seeds are bad in most cases if your trying to procure sinsemilla. The seeds take away from the THC production and then you have seeds in your bud!

If your goal is smoke only seeds would be bad I am a Cannabis Breeder and am taking this famous Urkle cross and making a hybrid cross using a space queen male. later a male off spring will be choosen to back cross to the mother plant. This is how we put amazing strains in seed form.
