Halliburton has been invilved in every rebuilding effort dating back to Viet Nam. They consistantly win bids for this type of work simply due to the fact that they are one of only three companies worldwide who do much of what they do, the only company who does all of what they do. Even Clinton awarded bids to Halliburton for rebuilding contracts in Bosnia. Of course, this little tidbit of information will never be included in a major media operation's report as it would take some of the heat off Bush. Notice how everytime Halliburton is mentioned by the media it is followed by the mention of Dick Cheney. Everyone knows by now that he was formerly head of the company, but the media feels it necessary to drive this point home.
