Humidity 25% now 30%, misting is causing leaves to curl, help!
My grow is inside a dryer drum for the time being in the basement. There is a 400watt MH bulb hanging over the drum so it is not enclosed, and is ventilated using a bathroom exhaust fan. The humidity was at 25% and I now have bowls of water in there and it is up to 32% at 80 degrees, I also mist often but notice that after misting my leaves start curling down, not wilting, just curling. Where should my humidity be for 6 northerns and 3 afghanis, what's going on, and what can I do?

25% humidity is actually not a problem BUT you are almost def having ventilation issues and/or rootbound
the curling leaves can be a sign of either. You have got to try to give your babies air flow around their roots. They like it.

I don't think it's either, I have great constant fresh air circulation, and I just transplanted(but they will be due again soon). I mist they curl an hour later they are better. The humidity is 25%throughout the house, it's winter and vewry dry here, so essentially I am sucking the accumulated moisture out, and replacing it with the dry air, but if I decrease my airflow the temp raises, so it might come down to weighing priority.

yeah be glad you don't have to deal with excessive humidity rather than low humidity. I wouldn't mist the leaves; the plant prefers dry air owing to the regions it comes from. the dryer the air is, the better the plant can breathe and produce resin and develop those long, narrow leaflets.
