The kid blew it right there, all he had to say was home, work, movie, whatever and that would have been the end of it.

He didn't ask about his "personal" life, he asked a generic question that cops always ask at checkpoints to see if they smell booze or you slur your speech.

He failed to answer the question, and gave the cop attitude, which he got right back.

If he was half as smart as he thinks he is, he would be able to make it thru a police checkpoint.
