By your post I now realize why this poor abused kid had the vid set up in the car and also why his clutch burned out. Thank you so much! It's the eye opening intellect that you show in your posts that I have grown to count on here in politics.

For those that didn't pick up on that.....maybe you could explain in other terms how the clutch burned out. I got it, maybe some of the others missed it.

this kids set up a video because at his young age he learned something one day you'll hope to learn. He knows a lying out of control government/police state/society when he sees one.

putting a camera in a cops face is never a good idea. cooperation would have saved a lot of headache in his case...i never condemned him in fact i put down my recent run in with the law. I am a grown man who is aware of most of my rights...so don't tread on me...go listen to some Dr. Hook and remember the times before mini-cams, and when people still had some privacy in there lives.

The kid blew it right there, all he had to say was home, work, movie, whatever and that would have been the end of it.

He didn't ask about his "personal" life, he asked a generic question that cops always ask at checkpoints to see if they smell booze or you slur your speech.

He failed to answer the question, and gave the cop attitude, which he got right back.

If he was half as smart as he thinks he is, he would be able to make it thru a police checkpoint.
