Maybe the problem isn't your smoking, but your lifestyle. What I'm about to say is going to sound crazy, and you're not gonna do it, but it works. Just walk for an hour or two a day, and eventually build that up into running. Go on more hikes, full day hikes. You don't just feel physically better, you're happier and have more energy, too.

Oh, and smoke before, after, and during as well.

Smoked when ever i could, always got ripped off by older kids, really never had a steady source of weed, and the weed i would get would be smoked outta tin foil metal/plastic bowls. Always gettin busted by my parents with the shit. It was cool then but now that i look back its weird that, im 16 now, Smoke whenever i want, never get ripped off anymore, i have about 20 steady dealers, and now i have 2 beautiful Rating: 5
