chisme Reviewed by chisme on . cops coming off looking good ya i was just watching the 11 oclock news. the staties were on and they said that a teen was driving and they believed that speed was a major factor in a major acident. then they said that they would not be charging this teen with anything. made them look good, but if you look a bit deeper then i think that they just didnt have any evidence of him speeding...so they try to make themselves look like the good guys. hate it when they do that.
