i personally wouldn't want to be given oral after intercourse either. me and my bf don't use condoms, so it definitely is messy down there afterwards and like you said, the consistancy of the fluid down there changes. also, after intercourse my clit is often almost numb from all the pounding and friction so switching to a gentler stimulation (like the tongue) doesn't really do anything. i can't really feel it.
