^yeah that's the rub isn't it. what brings them pleasure is sometimes kinda awkward/uncomfortable/inconvenient for us. especially when you can tell your partner is getting close, and your jaw is about to fall off, and you want nothing but to stop, but you know you have to keep going.... *sigh*
