Hmmmm... I've had sex with a lot of women I've had little to no attraction to and with them I almost never go down of them even if they give me a bj... But if I'm really into a girl, I go down on her much more then I let her go down on me...

I guess I have to be strongly attracted to her and she has to be 'clean' down there...
