If you're asking whether or not the plant is hermie because there are no pistils growing below the light then the answer is no. The buds will start at the tops w/ some budding at the nodes going down the stem. Once you get low enough no buds, or very little, will form.

The plant is budding with all types of hairs in medium/high height. There's not really any sexuality down below where there aren't much light.
