(Over) Sensitivie Stoners?

It seems that sometimes we stoners can act sensitively to situations. Sometimes even hyper-sensitive. This can be a positive trait most times. I think this partly comes from the awareness that can come from cannabis use - both self-awareness and outwardly. I've seen it on these boards with folks over-reacting to comments or criticizm. I've over-reacted at work, at home and in social situation, but try to compensate for it. I know everybody can be hyper-sensitive at times, but I think stoners are prone to it more often?

I dunno man, I play at a smokers server on CS and also my old clan on CS:CZ was mostly smokers and they are too sensitive and have a bad fuckin attitude. I dunno, because in real life I never ran into anyone that smokes and acts extra sensitive about stuff...unless they are really high but even then it wasn't really that bad.

i know what you mean, ill be staring at something, and theyll be like "what are you staring at" but sometimes there is absolutely nothing to talk about, so i just end up falling asleep

i feel that when i am stoned, i become hyspersensitive to the flaws and err of mankind. i often become overwhelmed by the disgust i find in modern man. but then i become entirely aware of the perfection of nature and the universe. i become extremely appreciative of the beuaty and complexities of nature all at the same time examining the species that is human. i often appreciate the balance and simplicity that man enjoyed with nature and his peers and i find myself comparing it to modern times. this is when i find myself overwhelmed. i emphathize the myth of the eternal return.

I'm just tired of smoking with people who dont know anything about weed besides mids,"dro",purp, or kush. No one knows what sativa is or indica. People think dro is a strain, im just surrounded by idiots in my town. Only a few are what I would call true stoners the others just people who smoke. I need to move to the UK.

I like the zoned hypnotic music thrust of surround sound of a computer with a friend as well... Just completely hysterical about a game of slime tennis while back rythems and guitar riffs angle on the walls and come crashing down around our ears. And lights.... red strobe lights and christmas lights and.. Everything becomes one big blurry giggle...

very slowly over the past few years weeds been less less and less a social thing for me... its so fucking pointless smoking with friends i could smoke an o with 4 people and still not feel a good real noticeable high... im not sayin to become a hermit smokin alone in your rroom all your life though, just make weed your personal hobby and not a social one


but i fuckin love smoking with friends when im drinkin too cause then i always feel the weed really really nicely.. on a special occasion if im looking to have a memorable session on my own i may pop in a shot or two like 10 minutes before i start smokin cause it really does add an extra effect
