well, he had his court date yesterday, don't know the exact details but from what it sounded like he's on probation... he's definately not going to prison tho... he got lucky... and even tho me and him have a mutual hatred, i didn't want to see him go back in there.... perhaps this was karma coming back to bite him in the ass for everything he's done to me and me not wanting him to go to prison (can't say forgive, i don't quite forgive him for it) kept him out of prison...
slipknotpsycho Reviewed by slipknotpsycho on . well, he's screwed my uncle, is screwed... got picked up after crashing his truck into a ditch, for DUI, this is his fifth one... just heard back from his lawyer a little bit ago, the lawyer managed to talk the DA down to five years, but my uncle didn't take it.... the absolute minimum is he's going to be spending the next 2 years in prison, but it could be as high as 10.... he's screwed...
